Privacy Notice

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to type into the inquiry form:

• Your name and email address.
• Your phone number, if you add it (it is optional).
• Your city or area, the service you are interested in, your preferred timeframe, and your message.
• The date and time you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted.

To protect the form from automated abuse, our server also stores a one-way hash of the network address the inquiry came from. The hash cannot be turned back into the address, is never shown to anyone, and is used only to limit repeated submissions.

Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as request times and pages loaded) to run and secure the service. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

What we do not collect

• This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or social media tracking.
• We do not buy, rent, or combine your information with data from other sources.
• We never sell personal information, and we never share it for marketing by anyone else.

Why we use it

We use the details you send us for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry, discuss your project, give you a quote, and arrange an appointment if you decide to go ahead. We contact you only in the ways you agreed to on the form.

Where it is kept and who can see it

Inquiries are stored in a database hosted by Neon (Postgres on Amazon Web Services, United States) and the website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both providers process the data only to run the service for us and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. Access to the inquiries is limited to the owner of the business.

We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, so we can follow up on open conversations. If we go on to work together, we keep the details needed to deliver the service and for ordinary record keeping. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time.

Photographs of your home

We photograph or film finished décor only with your written permission, and we only show the décor itself, never people, addresses, or personal belongings. You can withdraw that permission at any time and we will stop using the images going forward.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the same rights here, and we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging decorating services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The footer may link to our Facebook page. Facebook has its own privacy practices and cookies, which this notice does not cover.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. The date shown is when this version took effect.
