Using this website

• The website is for information and for sending us an inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking or a contract; it starts a conversation.
• Please use the inquiry form honestly and only for its purpose. Automated submissions, spam, and attempts to interfere with the site are not allowed.
• We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online.

Quotes, bookings, and payment

• Every quote is specific to your tree or project and is confirmed in writing (usually by email or message) before any work is scheduled.
• A booking is confirmed only when we have both agreed on the date, the scope, and the price in writing.
• Payment terms, including when payment is due and the methods we accept, are stated in your written quote.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, tell us as early as you can. Any cancellation terms will be set out in your quote.

What you provide and what we provide

• You supply the tree, lights, ornaments, ribbon, topper, and any other materials. We never mark up or resell materials.
• We provide the decorating labor, styling, and finishing. Advice on themes or shopping lists is offered in good faith and is yours to take or leave.
• Please tell us about anything fragile, valuable, or sentimental before we start so we can handle it with extra care.
• We treat your home and belongings with care. If something is damaged while we are working, tell us right away so we can put it right together.

The complimentary launch appointments

While the launch offer is shown on the home page, two complimentary tree decorating appointments are available to the first eligible inquiries. The conditions listed with the offer apply, including that you supply the materials and give written permission for photographs of the finished décor. The offer ends once both spots are filled and the section is removed from the site.

Photographs and content

• We photograph finished décor only with your written permission, as described in our Privacy Notice.
• The text, logo, illustrations, and design of this website belong to us. Inspiration images are labeled as such and are not client work.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim connected with the website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of South Carolina unless the law requires otherwise.
